From my many dealings with customer support, ATT UVerse is by far the very worst. I don’t think it can get any worse unless baboons answered the calls. I’d read a load of glowing ATTUverse stories , I required cable and internet service. They penciled me for installation a week later at midday.

So I took time off to be at home ( an adult over 18 has to be there ). At 1 I called to find out the location of the installer. They kept bumping me to more customer suuport and after 25 minutes, a customer support person advised me they didn’t have my correct street number so they needed to reschedule me. I said, “You didn’t have the brains to just call ?” All he said with no emotion behind it was, “Sorry. We can pencil you in for a few weeks from now.” Huh ? Suddenly 9 days without tv and internet switched to 4-5 weeks

No sir. So I harrassed them daily

After 9 phone calls, hours listening to classical, a thousand transfers to monkeys who kept sending me back to 1st place, various hang ups whenever I requested a supervisor, I finally got it switched to a few days later. Guess what? The day came and went.

Guess what, I quit.

FFS don’t even consider ATT Uverse for me.
